1. Main function and scope of application
End milling machine, used for processing aluminum end surface. rectangular slot and tenon in - 55 ~ + 55 degree, in order to adapt to different section.

3. Main structure
(1)Structure feature
This machine has those features: Advanced technology, good performance, compact structure, simple operation. Adopt with the cylinder pressure, double action cylinder feeding which makes cutter feed smoothly, thus the profile has a good processing. Also the machine is easy to maintenance.
(2)Key component
This machine consists of Electric chassis,workbench, base, double-acting cylinder.
(2)1. Electric chassis: It consist of box body, case cover, motor shield, guide shaft, motor cabinet. The electric chassis can be horizontally move along with guide shaft.
(2)2. Workbench:It consist of table and adjusting block. Thus the workbench can be vertically moved along with guide shaft.
(2)3. base: I consist of bearing box and level adjusting base
(2)4. double-acting cylinder: It is located in base of the electric chassis, which can promote the electric box to move around in the range of 0 ~ 300 mm
(2)5. Electric System: It consist of power switch, AC cont actor, motor and all kinds of control button, light .
4. Installation and debugging
(1)Environmental requirements: The machine should be installed in the dry, no dust ,no corrosive gas, and the temperature should be at 10 ~ 40 degree, on the cement floor of indoor.
(2)Unpacking: When unpacking the case ,you need move milling machine with steel to the side of installation position, remove the package, then use handling tools to move the milling machine to the right position.(3)Leveling: Put the spirit level on the countertops, adjust the base of machine until it is level.
(4)Grounding: The machine must be grounded. While grounding you must choose the green and yellow insulation soft copper body lines, grounding resistance is not more than 4 Ω.
(5)Power: Pls access with power :voltage 220 v, frequency 50 Hz .
(6)Air supply: Install the air supply to the triplet junction of the air processing , and check there’s no leak then adjust the air pressure to 0.5 ~ 0.8 MPa
(7)Adjustment
(7)1. clamping cylinder: Firstly, loosen the handles of the cylinder, adjust the cylinder to the right place for processing the profile, well adjust the cylinder to avoid reaching guide plate. Ban single cylinder pressure in case of accident.
(7)2. Workbench angle adjustment: If you need milling angular profiles, be sure loosen the trapezoidal bolt of positioning plate firstly, then adjust positioning plate to the suitable scope, then fix the nut well.
(7)3. The speed adjustment of milling: you can adjust the speed regulating valve of the double action cylinder, loosen the lock nut, rotate the valve stem hand wheel. and turn clockwise for reduction, and turn anticlockwise for acceleration, adjust to the right speed then fix lock nut (according to the quality of profile to adjust speed)
(7)4. The depth adjustment of profile milling: the depth adjustment of the profile milling can be achieved by the adjustment of located block position.
6. Preservation
1. Lubrication: two root level guide and two root vertical guide need to be lubricated, after work, you should use dishcloth to clean dust rub off
2. Gas source processor: water-separating gas filter need to let water go every shift, filter core need to be clean weekly , add N20 number lubricating oil or antirust gas turbine engine oil HU - 30 (GB2537) to the oil mist, the oil level need to be remained in the height of the container 1/4 ~ 3/4 advisable, lubricating oil quantity is commonly 3 ~ 5 drops per minute
3. When changing milling cutter, you must to cut off the power supply firstly, after changed the knife, install safety cover and safety board well
4. While operating, the worker need to wear safety glasses
5.At the end of shift, remove the chip material from dust bag
